This Privacy Policy explains how the Android game "Soft Serve Maker" (the "App") handles users' information.
Information we collect
The App does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, location, or contacts. No account registration is required.
Device sensors
To let you play by moving your phone, the App uses values from your device's accelerometer and rotation sensors. These values are used only to control the game. They are not sent outside your device or stored.
Information stored on your device
The following information is stored only on your device. It is never sent to the developer or to any third party.
- Play records such as your best score
- Settings such as speed
- Your progress in Story Mode
This data is removed when you clear the App's data or uninstall the App.
Internet connections
The App does not connect to the internet. It does not include advertising or any tools for analyzing usage.
Exporting images (share feature)
If you export your result as an image and share it, the image is handed to the app you choose. Whether to share and where to share it is up to you. How the data is handled there follows that app's own policy.
Sharing with third parties
Because the App collects no information, it provides none to third parties.
Changes to this policy
When the App's features change, we will review this policy and post the updated content on this page.
